1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Snow Point Collectibles ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rip & Ship Service

Our Rip & Ship service operates as follows:

You purchase sealed Pokemon TCG products from our store.
Your products are opened live on our stream (YouTube/Twitch).
All cards from your products are shipped to your provided address.
The contents of sealed products are random and determined by The Pokemon Company. We do not guarantee any specific cards or pulls.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Orders are final once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked shipping services.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier after dispatch.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

5. Live Stream

Your order will be opened during one of our scheduled live streams.
We cannot guarantee specific stream times for individual orders.
Streams are recorded and available on our YouTube channel.
Your display name (provided at checkout) will be shown on stream. Please do not include personal information in your display name.

6. Product Authenticity

All Pokemon TCG products sold by Snow Point Collectibles are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, resealed, or tampered products.

7. Intellectual Property

Pokemon, The Pokemon Company, and all related trademarks are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Snow Point Collectibles is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snow Point Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to disappointment with pack contents, shipping delays, or technical issues during streams.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
